Experiences
My mission is to spearhead a secure and innovative IT ecosystem that empowers researchers and clinicians to seamlessly collect, integrate, and analyze diverse health data. This includes leading the data integration center, collaborating with partners, and championing data-driven research that accelerates healthcare breakthroughs.
- Design and maintain the IT ecosystem of the LIH in support of its research endeavors
- Managed budgets strategically, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI on technology investments.
- Championed internal and external communication of the data integration and analysis unit in close partnership with the LIH communications team. Cultivated strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure services remain aligned with evolving research needs.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with legal and ethical requirements
- Led the successful integration of four independent teams (totaling 30 professionals), driving alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Actively participated in management board meetings to represent the needs of the IT Department. Promoted LIH initiatives at national and international levels.
As the head of the medical data integration center, I led a team to extract the raw data out of hospital primary systems and refine them for use in secondary research projects.

Development of software for fully automated clinical lab systems for a client. The software is developed under FDA and the medical device regulatory framework.
- Design and development of a test framework for a project internal programming language
- Development of an autonomous decision algorithm for immunological test series
- Build Master for the project. Built and maintained the infrastructure to build and automatically test the software
